"The finale of season 6 was pretty intense and had tons of cliffhangers, so Season 7’s première will certainly be a must-watch.
In season 6’s final episode, Sheldon and his mom board a flight headed for Germany, where he’ll spend the summer. But back in Texas, a tornado rips through their town, leaving Meemaw’s house completely leveled. Since she now runs an illegal casino behind her laundromat — and all of her cash is stored in the house — she loses everything.
George and Missy also get caught in the tornado while they’re driving home from the Houston airport. They end up hiding in a ditch as the tornado passes straight over them. Fortunately, they’re unharmed, but their car gets flipped, stranding them in the middle of nowhere.
Sheldon’s brother Georgie, meanwhile, shelters from the tornado with his fiancé and her parents in their bathroom"
