Walmart eyes big streaming deals

Walmart wants in on the streaming world. The retail giant has been holding talks with executives from Paramount, Disney and Comcast about bundling their entertainment platforms in its Walmart+ membership program,
  The New York Times reports, citing anonymous sources. The move comes as Walmart looks to engage with customers "beyond its brick-and-mortar stores" — and to challenge Amazon's expanding Prime membership program. Walmart has experimented with streaming before: It bought digital video platform Vudu in 2010 but offloaded it to Comcast a decade later
