Chicago Fire, Med and PD to take extended break (2022 Winter Schedule Update) Following the winter premieres on Jan. 5, NBCโ€™s most-watched dramas will be airing a pair of new episodes on Wednesday, Jan. 12 and Jan. 19 before they head on break for what is looking to be yet another extended hiatus
 Coverage of the 2022 Winter Olympics is set to air on NBC through
 Feb. 20, 2022, meaning the soonest we could see the One Chicago series return would be Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022
