Season 4, slated for September 2019  release.

Our tears barely had time to dry out after an emotional third season finale, as we have learned that NBC has renewed their hit drama series This Is Us for Season 4, which is expected to have a September 2019 release date. The amazing news was delivered by none other than Sterling K. Brown (who plays Randall) on his personal Twitter account."
