The story picks up in the wake of Shaun’s (Freddie Highmore) meltdown as he assesses his relationship with Lea (Paige Spara), who may or may not still be his fiancée. In a storyline similar to the rebellion taking place on NBC medical drama New Amsterdam, Dr. Lim (Christina Chang) prepares to go to war with corner-cutting hospital CEO Salen (Rachel Bay Jones), but soon learns the pitfalls of whistleblowing against an opponent with deep pockets and vast legal resources

The show's season 18 finale will be its 400th episode... if all goes well.
In case you're wondering how far away the 400th episode is, it seems like it'll be a while before it airs. Before the pandemic, Grey's usually had about 24 episodes per season. But the last two years season 16 and season 17 have had 21 and 17 episodes, respectively. Assuming that Grey's will get back to its regular two dozen episode run, the February 24th airing is the ninth one of season 18. If we had to guess, the season 18 finale might air in the spring or summer
